




We are looking for a **creative, proactive Community Manager with strategic vision**, responsible for managing, creating, and activating our brand's digital community. The main objective will be to **strengthen the brand's presence on social media**, increase interaction with the Barber community, and generate content aligned with the brand's style and purpose. **Main Responsibilities** * **Social media management:** planning, publishing, and monitoring content on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and others. * **Community engagement:** responding to messages and comments, and maintaining active contact with followers. * **Content strategy:** proposing creative ideas, trends, and activities that enhance engagement and brand image. * **Support in campaigns and product launches:** collaborating with the marketing team to coordinate promotions, giveaways, or special campaigns (such as Black Friday, events, or product launches). * **Monitoring and reporting:** analyzing performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and generating monthly reports with improvement recommendations. * **Online reputation management:** identifying opportunities or potential communication crises and acting proactively. * **Coordination with designers and filmmakers:** working together to ensure visual and tonal consistency in content. * **Trend research:** staying updated on digital, viral, and barber-beauty industry trends. **Requirements:** * Technical or university student in **Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields.** * Minimum of 6 **months** of experience in social media management or community management. * Skills in **creative writing and storytelling.** * Basic knowledge of **metric analysis and reporting.** * Preferably affinity or prior experience in the **barber, beauty, or urban lifestyle industry.** Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130.00 - S/.1,200.00 per month Work location: On-site
