Responsibilities: * Design and execute strategies to grow followers organically on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. * Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and publish brand-aligned content in coordination with designers and content creators. * Launch viral campaigns, influencer collaborations, and giveaways. * Engage with the community, respond to messages and inquiries, and build authentic connections. * Handle WhatsApp and social media messages with a commercial approach and focus on closing sales. * Analyze metrics and continuously optimize content and strategies. * Support the coordination of digital campaigns and product launches. Requirements: * Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Community Manager. * Portfolio with real examples of accounts you have grown. * Excellent writing skills, creativity, and knowledge of current trends. * Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling apps. * Desired: Experience with beauty, fashion, or retail brands. * On-site work in Surco from Monday to Friday.
