In this role, you will provide direct support to our IT team by helping resolve daily technical incidents, maintaining the operational continuity of our equipment, and participating in technological improvement projects. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your theoretical knowledge in a dynamic and collaborative corporate environment. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide remote technical support to internal users regarding connectivity issues. * Manage corporate accounts, access permissions, and password resets. * Perform data backups and organize cloud-based databases. * Monitor website speed and availability. * Support basic technical SEO and traffic measurement using Google Analytics. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). * Personal computer and stable home internet connection required. * Ability to quickly learn new tools and solve problems. * Immediate availability for the selected shift.
