This position is ideal for **Junior/Creative to Intermediate-level profiles** seeking job stability on payroll and the opportunity to develop a complete content strategy. **Main Responsibilities (Your Day-to-Day):** * **Video Production (Filming):** * Film high-quality audiovisual content within the clinic, using either professional cameras or smartphones (knowledge of equipment and optics handling required). * Capture videos of: **dentists, patients (with consent), dental procedures, oral care tips, testimonials, and "Before and After" transformations.** * Ensure all recorded material maintains a **clean, professional, and polished aesthetic.** * **Editing and Post\-Production:** * Edit short-form videos in a **modern and dynamic style**, including eye-catching transitions, subtitles, on-screen text, sound effects, and licensed (or royalty-free) music. * Proficiency in editing tools such as **CapCut, InShot, and/or Adobe Premiere Pro**. * **Strategy and Trends:** * Research and understand **viral trends** on **TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Meta Facebook** to replicate and adapt them to the dental niche. * Propose **creative ideas and short scripts** daily that are educational, entertaining, and reinforce the clinic’s brand. * **Coordination and Workflow:** * Work closely and coordinate ideas with the Digital Marketing team (Trafficker, Community Manager, and Management) to ensure brand consistency. * Guarantee a consistent weekly volume of video production. **Essential Requirements:** * **Proven Experience** in creating and editing short-form videos (portfolio/work samples required). * Proficiency in mobile (**CapCut**) and/or desktop (**Adobe Premiere Pro**) video editing software. * Basic to intermediate knowledge of **filming techniques, lighting, framing, and composition.** * Strong understanding of the dynamics and formats of **TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Video.** * Excellent **communication and short scriptwriting skills.** * Availability to work **Full-Time** (48 hours per week: Monday to Saturday). **What We Offer:** * **Fixed Monthly Salary** of S/ 1,400 to S/ 1,500 (based on portfolio and experience evaluation). * **Payroll Contract** from day one (with all statutory benefits). * A collaborative work environment and a great creative challenge. * Schedule from Monday to Saturday. **Important Note:** The offered salary is aimed at Creative Junior to Intermediate profiles.
