**JOB PROFILE: RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION INTERN** Area: Human Resources Position: Recruitment and Selection Intern Work Location: Main office – Miraflores Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:20 p.m. Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Remuneration: Negotiable salary Modality: Direct payroll inclusion from day one Additional Benefit: We provide an internship agreement **Position Objective** Provide support to the Human Resources department in recruitment, assessment, and selection processes, ensuring efficient coverage of vacancies and contributing to an optimal candidate experience. **Main Responsibilities** \- Assist in posting job openings on employment portals and professional networks. \- Perform initial filtering and evaluation of resumes according to required profiles. \- Coordinate interviews between candidates and area supervisors. \- Assist in administering, grading, and recording results of psychological and/or technical tests. \- Prepare reports, databases, and tracking of selection processes. \- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department. \- Maintain updated applicant databases and process files. **Requirements** \- University or technical student in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. \- Basic knowledge of recruitment tools is desirable. \- Intermediate level of Microsoft Office. \- Good writing and communication skills. \- Proactive, organized, and willing to learn. **Competencies** \- Responsibility and commitment. \- Results-oriented. \- Empathy and interpersonal skills. \- Discretion and handling of confidential information.
