We are looking for someone passionate about gastronomy, with experience in grilling and general cooking, leadership abilities, and love for their work. If you have a positive attitude, prior kitchen experience, and flexible availability, we want to meet you! You will be part of a dedicated and service-driven team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for coordinating ingredient preparation and maintaining control over service performance indicators. Many of our dishes require the use of a flat-top grill (griddle) for preparing Mexican/Tex\-Mex specialties such as tacos, burritos, and quesadillas, among others. You will learn from a dynamic kitchen experiencing rapid growth and high potential. **Main Tasks and Responsibilities:** * Preparation and grilling of food items. * Quality control and presentation of dishes. * Organization and cleanliness of the work area. * Adherence to restaurant recipes and procedures. * General support to the kitchen team as needed. **We Offer:** * Job stability. * A positive work environment. * Growth opportunities. * Compensation commensurate with experience. * Formal employment under the microenterprise payroll system. * Salary to be determined based on experience and practical assessment.
