Lead logistics committees and monitor KPI performance **Date:** 23 Jun 2026 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Manage the corporate-level inventory working capital process, executing the established governance model and process methodology while identifying improvement opportunities, deploying best practices, and implementing standards that generate direct and sustainable impact on the company's Cash Flow and P\&L; additionally enhancing the Logistics Directorate's productivity through budget management, KPI performance monitoring, and leadership of logistics committees.**What will you do in your role?** * Execute the corporate Working Capital Inventory governance model and foster, across all Alicorp supply chain fronts, a culture of continuous optimization and initiative generation under an End-to-End approach. * Prepare inventory projections for Alicorp Peru in coordination with Production Planning (finished goods and raw materials), Materials Planning (packaging and supplies), and Warehouses (spare parts), capturing risks and opportunities in working capital, providing visibility into these, and estimating the potential benefit or impact that could be generated. * Consolidate the Monthly Working Capital Project by supporting International Operations and new mergers under the Inventory Governance Model guidelines to achieve efficient inventory management. * Evaluate the financial impact of inventory optimization initiatives and conduct methodological validation with the Finance Business Partner to ensure tangible benefits on inventories with defined timelines for capture. * Monitor Logistics Directorate's Scorecard, KPIs, and productivity. What do we need from you? * 2 years of experience in planning and logistics areas and/or supply chain areas, preferably in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). * Professional with knowledge of Supply Chain Planning, preferably in FMCG industries. * Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Knowledge of the S\&OP process. * Knowledge and experience in Inventory Management. * Knowledge and proficiency in English, intermediate level preferred. * Advanced proficiency in Excel. * Knowledge of Power BI (intermediate level preferred).
