You will be the visible face of our brand and the pillar of daily operational management. !Here is the description for the **Encargado de Salón** position, combining customer service responsibilities with essential administrative tasks. **Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:** * **Superior Customer Service:** * Supervise and participate in direct customer service to ensure a high-quality experience (taking orders, resolving concerns, managing reservations). * **Administrative and Financial Management:** Control the **petty cash** and daily expenses. Manage and carry out control of minor **purchases** for the dining area. Perform daily **cash reconciliation and closing**. * **Operational Control:** Maintain **inventory control** of dining area products (beverages, table supplies, etc.). Supervise general **cleaning** and organization of the dining area. Carry out **other support tasks** necessary for the smooth operation of the area. **Candidate Requirements:** * **Proven Experience** in roles as Manager, Supervisor, or Administrator in restaurants/cafes/bakeries. * Knowledge in **inventory** and **petty cash** management. * Excellent **leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills**.
