Encourages creativity in developing new dishes. **KITCHEN ASSISTANT (SURCO and MAGDALENA)** We are looking for passionate individuals to join our specialty café team. If you love cooking, are organized, can work under pressure (rush), and enjoy preparing sandwiches and juices (plating), we want you. **Morning Shift (Surco Branch and Magdalena Branch)** **Afternoon Shift (Surco Branch and Magdalena Branch)** ***REQUIREMENTS:*** Minimum 1 year of experience as a kitchen assistant, grill cook, and/or cook in cafés or restaurants. Valid national ID (DNI). **Friendly attitude and service orientation — MANDATORY** Incomplete or completed gastronomy studies (desirable). ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** \- Preparation (plating) of various sandwiches on different types of bread (sandwich loaf, croissant, sourdough, ciabatta) \- Preparation of blended beverages such as juices, frappés, milkshakes, lemonades, and iced tea. \- Preparation of waffles. \- Frying items such as bacon, fried eggs, and scrambled eggs. \- Continuous and thorough cleaning of the workstation, stainless-steel tables, blenders, and refrigerator. \- Conducting inventory of supplies. \- Carrying out production tasks assigned per shift by the supervisor or manager, including fruit processing, celery preparation, and compound preparations. \- Delivering orders to tables or taking orders at tables when necessary. \- Serving desserts to tables or for delivery. \- Washing tableware (all shift members participate). \- Implementing the Hygiene and Sanitation Program (HSP) and Good Food Handling Practices (GFHP). \- **8-hour daily workday, with one rotating day off between Monday and Thursday** BENEFITS: \- **Monthly salary: S/1,400** \= S/1,400 monthly \= S/1,130 base salary \+ punctuality and attendance incentive: S/100 \+ productivity incentive: S/170 \+ tips \- MYPE MICRO-ENTERPRISE payroll registration \- Direct tips \- Compensatory days off \- Store product credit \- One coffee-based beverage per shift \- New dish development opportunities \- Positive work environment Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130\.00 \- S/.1,400\.00 per month Application question(s): * Why would you like to work in a café?
