At **AX Archery**, we seek **active, responsible, and committed** individuals who enjoy hands-on work and sports. **SCHEDULE:** * **Monday, Wednesday, Friday:** 3:10 p.m. – 9:40 p.m. * **Saturday:** 8:30 a.m. – 12:50 p.m. **COMPENSATION:** **S/. 585.00 – S/. 600.00** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Repairing and assembling bales (using glue). * Assisting with the **setup and takedown of the training field**. * Performing **basic maintenance of archery equipment** (bales, arrows, and materials). * Maintaining **order, cleanliness, and conditioning** of sports areas. * Assisting with the **transportation, control, and management of materials and supplies**. * Providing **operational support** to the Coordinator and sports team as required by the department. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Proactive** attitude, responsibility, and eagerness to learn. * Completed secondary education and/or technical studies (completed or ongoing). * Minimum **6 months of experience in similar roles** (preferred). * If you lack experience but demonstrate strong willingness, **we will train you**. * Having practiced **any sport** (a plus). **WE OFFER:** * Formal employment (**payroll inclusion**). * Opportunity for **growth and continuous learning**. * **Performance bonus** after the probationary period. * Workplace climate based on **respect, discipline, and teamwork**.
