




We are looking for a **Social Media Manager** to join our team in a **full-time, on-site** role. This person will be responsible for **managing responses to social media messages and properly channeling requests** to the sales advisory team, ensuring efficient, customer-oriented service. **REQUIREMENTS**: * Student or graduate in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of digital tools: Google Docs, Spreadsheets, and web browsers. * Previous experience in customer service or social media management is desirable. * Immediate availability to work on-site in Lima Cercado. (Desirable) * Excellent writing and spelling skills. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Respond to inquiries and messages on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, among others). * Route requests and messages to the sales team according to established protocols. * Reply to comments and messages following institutional communication formats and guidelines. * Maintain an organized record of daily contacts and conversations.
