Requirements: * Completed secondary education (Condition: mandatory, Level: completed) * Industrial Administration, Business Administration, Logistics Management or related fields (technical degree) (Condition: desirable, Level: in progress) * General warehouse experience (1\-2 years) * Proven experience operating MHE equipment (1 year) * Warehouse management * Operation of MHE equipment (forklifts and stackers) and completion of equipment checklists. * Pallet handling Responsibilities: * Unloading and transporting goods: imports, local purchases, or returns. * Direct or indirect storage of products (lines) in areas such as racks or mezzanines, according to the configuration assigned to the client (using RF). * Perform automatic or direct replenishment according to system configuration. * Picking and packing products for shipment, verifying product conditions (item, condition, and status), quantity, and labels. * Execute cycle counts in replenishment and picking locations. * Use radio frequency devices for inbound, replenishment, and outbound processes. * Comply with good storage practices (operations and quality). * Record entries in PTS (Performance Tracking System) to generate service and productivity indicators. * Adhere to the 5S program for order and cleanliness. * Assist in annual W2W inventory counts. * Report operational incidents (internal infrastructure damage, equipment issues, deviations in logistics processes) to the immediate supervisor. * Comply with quality and food safety policies.
