Requirements: · Student in the final cycles of Architecture and/or interior design. · Solid knowledge of the National Building Regulations (RNE). · Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Layout (desirable). · Intermediate level in Excel. · Knowledge of rendering tools such as V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape (desirable). · Knowledge of municipal procedures and technical documentation. · Ability to work in a team, adapt, and suggest improvements. · Own laptop (essential). · Excellent communication, organization, and results orientation. · General knowledge of the main current issues and trends in interior and exterior design. · Interest in design applied to landscaping, decorative materials layout, and fieldwork. · Reside in nearby districts such as La Molina or on the border with Surco. Main responsibilities: · Assist in architectural design and preparation of 2D and 3D drawings. · Contact and coordinate with suppliers for materials and services. · Negotiate budgets and quotations, ensuring quality and compliance. · Collaborate in the planning and supervision of renovations and internal projects. · Assist in preparing presentations, renders, and visual proposals. · Keep technical files and progress reports up to date.
