Company dedicated to consulting, design, engineering, implementation and maintenance of comprehensive security systems throughout Peru with more than 10 years of experience in design, planning and execution of security projects is currently seeking a **PURCHASING ASSISTANT** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide first-level technical support to end users by phone, email, or in person. * Solve and resolve hardware and software problems, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. * Assist with system updates and installations, including software updates and patches. * Document and track all support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system. * Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT teams or vendors for further investigation and resolution. * Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution. * Provide training and guidance to end users on basic technical issues and best practices. * Maintain knowledge of current technological trends and advancements to provide up-to-date support to end users. * Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support as needed. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a help desk or technical support role. * Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite. * Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and basic networking concepts. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
