**Description:** At **CONTRATISTAS VAL**, we are looking for a **General Services Technician** responsible for carrying out maintenance and repair work to ensure the proper functioning of our facilities. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, among others). * Assist in logistics for internal events and furniture relocation. * Coordinate external services when necessary. * Manage the proper use of tools, equipment, and materials. * Identify and report infrastructure repair or improvement needs. * Ensure facilities are maintained in optimal conditions regarding cleanliness, safety, and operation. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in general services or maintenance (minimum 1 year). * Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, painting, and carpentry. * Ability to practically and efficiently solve technical problems. * Proactive, organized, and service-oriented attitude. * Availability for on-site and field work as required.
