Because the challenges you’ll take on reflect your ambitions! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Adhere to IT asset inventory management policies and procedures. * Maintain accurate records of all IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses. * Participate in periodic audits to ensure compliance with asset management policies. * Coordinate with various departments to identify asset needs and requirements. * Handle warranty management with suppliers. * Track escalations issued to suppliers. * Manage the IT asset acquisition process. * Monitor and control asset usage, performance, and maintenance programs. * Ensure proper disposal of retired assets in accordance with company policies and regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * 1 year of experience as an Inventory Analyst or IT Asset Administrator or similar roles. * Knowledge of IT infrastructure and asset management principles. * Familiarity with software licensing and compliance requirements. * Proficiency in asset management tools and software. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. * Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CMDB) are an advantage (not mandatory). **Additional Information** Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
