Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and team-oriented Kitchen Assistant to support food production, ingredient preparation, and kitchen maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. What will be your responsibilities? * Assist in production and pre-preparation of ingredients (chopping, peeling, portioning). * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area, utensils, and kitchen overall. * Assist the head chef in dish preparation during service. * Proper ingredient rotation and appropriate storage. What are we looking for in you? * Prior experience as a kitchen assistant or in similar roles (preferred but not mandatory—we value eagerness to learn). * Speed, proactivity, and an excellent attitude for working under pressure. * Commitment to hygiene and safe food handling. * Valid health certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
