Position Summary: We are seeking a technician or bachelor's degree holder for equipment, network, and security maintenance and documentation, with knowledge of ITIL and ISO27001 infrastructure. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in IT documentation and procedures 2. Knowledge of infrastructure, networks, VPS, and security 3. Linux and Windows server administration Part-time schedule, morning shift. REQUIREMENTS: Experience in tracking and performing documentation and procedural tasks. Knowledge of infrastructure, networks, VPS, and security. Knowledge of Linux and Windows server management and services. Knowledge of ITIL and ISO27001. Technician or bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Informatics, Systems Engineering, or related fields. Residence near the district of Santa Anita (reference: Santa Anita Municipality), mandatory. RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintenance and repair of computer equipment. Preparation of documentation, manuals, diagrams, network flowcharts and layouts, information security policies and procedures. Inventory documentation, minutes, and reports.
