We are currently seeking an Accounting Assistant with experience in imports. **Requirements:** Technical or university studies in Accounting or Finance. Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting roles such as accounting assistant or accounting associate. Must be over 25 years old and reside in areas adjacent to the San Miguel district. Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel. Proven experience in similar positions, especially in import accounting and distribution. Skills: proactivity, analytical thinking, organizational and planning ability, attention to detail, responsibility, leadership, and ability to work under pressure. **WORK EXPERIENCE WILL BE VERIFIED.** **Responsibilities:** Issue electronic invoices and receipts. Cash reconciliation. Track customer purchase orders for invoicing. Issue Shipping Guides and Labels. Review and verify account deposits. Prepare and manage monthly income reports by payment method. Control and verify accounting entries for purchases, sales, imports, and services. Handle documentation procedures and other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Record issued invoices and receipts and their cancellation in the system. Prepare and analyze general ledgers, income statements, cash flow statements, and other reports for managerial decision-making. Manage, calculate, and process payroll (payrolls, CTS, bonuses, settlements, etc.) using the payroll management system.
