




We are an Asian gastronomic group with more than 15 years of experience, located in Lima Norte. We are currently seeking a RESTAURANT MANAGER for our Chinese/Japanese cuisine restaurant. **RESTAURANT MANAGER / LEADER** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related fields. * One year of proven experience performing the described duties within similar companies in the industry. * Availability to work full-time on a rotating schedule. * Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office tools. * Basic knowledge of BPM, food safety courses, cash reconciliation, supply management, and personnel management. * Adaptability to policies and standards, results orientation, punctuality, work quality, availability, customer focus, responsibility, organizational and planning skills, staff training and development, perseverance, teamwork, communication, leadership, and proactivity. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure proper maintenance of the premises. * Supervise, guide, and advise on human resource management across all restaurant areas (service, cashier, and delivery). * Place orders for materials, tools, supplies, and raw ingredients necessary for area operations. * Conduct inventory and record equipment, materials, tools, raw materials, and supplies in their area. (Table linens, glassware, dishware, cutlery, menus, etc.) * Supervise order, cleanliness, supply levels, and general conditions of the Restaurant area facilities. * Review the incident logbook to stay informed of events occurring in the area during absence. * Periodically submit reports on completed tasks and future planning to Management and the Operations Manager. * Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in the restaurant area. * Attend to and serve customers' requested food and beverages, ensuring adherence to quality, timing, and presentation standards. * Coordinate with kitchen and events teams regarding event schedules and required participation from their area. * Approve information generated during cash register closing procedures. * Conduct customer satisfaction surveys. * Investigate and resolve any customer complaints regarding service quality. * Responsible for coordination and follow-up of special services (large groups, reservations, etc.). * Verify reconciliation of all transactions processed through point-of-sale systems, as well as tip distribution among employees. * Establish and strengthen a work environment that promotes and facilitates increasing efficiency. * Supervise team members' fulfillment of duties and coordinate execution to meet goals set by Management. * Prepare monthly work schedules considering vacations, compensatory days, and staffing needs due to events or reservations, ensuring adequate staffing levels for smooth operations. * Maintain constant communication with kitchen supervisors to ensure proper restaurant service. * Resolve emergency situations or last-minute changes to prevent operational disruptions. * Perform other duties assigned within the scope of their responsibilities. **BENEFITS:** * Market-competitive salary, paid biweekly and at month-end. * Formal employment contract from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Ongoing training. * Opportunities for professional development and career advancement. * Become part of a strong organizational culture, excellent working environment, and solid organizational values. **Apply now and become part of our Great Family!** Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,700.00 - S/.1,800.00 per month Work location: On-site
