





**POSITION: POST-SALES EXECUTIVE** **DESCRIPTION:** The **Post-Sales Executive** is responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for active customers, building strong relationships, providing personalized support, continuous training, and proactive communication to promote the proper use of the SNAP technological platform. **This role is part of RADI CALL, the commercial arm of SINAPSIS**, from where customer experience in technological solutions is led. Works in coordination with sales, operations, and product teams to maintain customer loyalty and maximize service adoption. Additionally, must be able to analyze information through Business Intelligence (BI) tools to make data-driven decisions and generate strategic recommendations. **1\. Educational Level:** Graduate or university/technical bachelor's degree in Marketing and/or Business Administration. **2\. Experience:** Minimum 2 years of customer service experience. **3\.
