A leading pharmaceutical company is currently seeking a Production Supervisor for its laboratory. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or university graduate in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields. 2. Two years of experience. 3. Knowledge of GMP. 4. Knowledge of GLP. Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for ensuring execution of production scheduling. 2. Control plant process operations. 3. Plan, coordinate, and supervise activities of assigned personnel according to established standards, methods, or procedures. 4. Develop training and development programs for plant personnel to enhance technical skills and promote a safe working environment. 5. Participate in GMP compliance inspections across company departments and in internal audit development. 6. Other duties inherent to the position.
