We are looking for our next SALES ADVISORS for our corners in **Falabella stores.** **What are we looking for in you?** * Minimum of **1 year of experience in sales or customer service** (preferably in fashion or retail). * Passion for sportswear fashion and an active lifestyle. * Assertive communication, positive attitude, and results-driven focus. * Dynamism and excellent personal presentation. **Your main challenges:** * Provide personalized advice that connects with our customers and enhances their WIN experience. * Drive sales within the corner by encouraging garment trials and performing cross-sales. * Maintain impeccable product displays aligned with the brand’s visual style. * Report incidents and coordinate with the WIN team to ensure proper operation of the space. **Location and schedule:** * **Workplace:** Falabella – Centro de Lima (Jr. de la Unión) * **Schedule:** 48 hours per week (one day off per week) **What we offer you:** * **Fixed salary:** s/1320 \+ sales commissions. * **Training** in products, fashion, and customer service. * **Growth opportunities** within a leading sportswear fashion brand.
