POSITION OBJECTIVE: Achieve sales targets while maximizing the use of allocated resources, ensuring high standards of biosafety, sanitation, and excellent customer service. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Manage the efficient and productive use of resources assigned to the store. \- Achieve the monthly sales target set for the location. Oversee inventory control, goods reception, and compliance with company policies and procedures. EXPECTED RESULTS: \- Meet sales and profit margin objectives. \- Keep operating costs within target (mainly: lost sales, shrinkage, and supply expenses). \- Maintain high quality customer service standards. \- Maintain an optimal work environment within the store.
