**Teleoperator Call Center** We are looking for a teleoperator for one of our business units dedicated to the marketing of natural products. Functions: * Respond to comments, messages, and feedback (leads), converting them into sales. * Monitor and analyze metrics from content produced during the month or campaign. * Support in organizing events and promotional launches. * Ensure integration between digital strategies and offline actions (physical advertising, activations). * POS system handling. * Send daily cash reports. * Attend conferences, trade shows, etc. Requirements: * Currently studying degrees in Administration, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. * Minimum of 01 year of experience working in a Call Center, preferably in Sales. * Experience in the health sector is desirable.
