




**HOST/ESS MALL AVENTURA** **FUNCTIONS** \* Advise, guide and assist in customer service breakdowns according to experience standards. \* Guide customers on the use of our indoor information channels. \* Assist customers on-site with a positive attitude, resolving inquiries and referring them when necessary. \* Help ensure that stores, operators and contact staff have accurate and timely information when required. \* Ensure compliance with store capacity limits, protocols and defined customer service procedures in various situations, including service experience disruptions at different touchpoints. \* 95% fieldwork, involving walking throughout the mall **REQUIREMENTS:** \* Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service. \* Strong communication skills at all levels \* Friendly, proactive, enthusiastic and dynamic personality **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Sunday \- 12pm to 8pm / 2pm to 10pm with one day off **BENEFITS:** \- Salary: S/1130.00 \+ Bonus S/75.00 \+ Attendance S/120 \+ full payroll (Bonuses, CTS, SCTR, vacations, family allowance) Job type: Full-time Work location: On-site
