




We are Vertice Empresarial, dedicated to the financial sector with management across various AFP portfolios and major banking institutions. We are currently seeking Call Center Collections Supervisors. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum of 1 year of experience in the financial industry at a banking or financial institution, supervising call center collections teams (mandatory and verifiable), across different portfolio segments. * Completed or partially completed higher education or technical studies in administration, finance, or related fields. * Proficiency in performance indicator management tools. * Intermediate-level Excel skills. * Knowledge of Power BI desirable (not mandatory). * Availability to work onsite in San Isidro. * Required competencies: Business acumen, leadership, communication, teamwork, planning, and organization. Schedule: 48 hours per week. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Monitor management, customer and supplier contact, and follow-up for assigned portfolios. * Propose and drive collection strategies for assigned campaigns. * Plan and organize daily, weekly, and monthly tasks for the team under supervision. * Develop, monitor, and analyze performance indicators. * Supervise operators to ensure proper fulfillment of their duties. * Provide training, feedback, and coaching to staff. * Prepare reports and documentation.
