METRO HOTELS, a multinational hotel operator with 10 years of presence in Colombia, Chile, and Peru, is currently seeking a cook for our Hampton by Hilton San Isidro hotel. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical and/or university studies in Culinary Arts * Knowledge in pastry (Desirable) * Knowledge of GMP and HACCP * Availability to work rotating shifts * Customer service knowledge * Teamwork * Good communication skills **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Experience in cold and hot dishes * Receive, verify, and properly distribute goods * Assist in food setup for the buffet * Check product stock levels * Conduct inventory counts * Perform daily deep cleaning of kitchen area * Prepare and decorate required dishes * Portion, store, and label products entering the kitchen Job type: Full-time Work location: Onsite position
