We are looking for the best talent **with experience in agro-export companies for the position of Comex Operations Coordinator,** for the commercial area at our **Ica branch**, who will be responsible for coordinating with internal departments and service providers involved in cargo clearance, ensuring compliance with daily schedules and efficiency in export operations. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor and record transportation times assigned by the logistics operator from empty container pickup, arrival and departure from the packing plant, to the full container's entry into the port terminal or temporary warehouse. * Coordinate container shipments with the logistics operator, transportation, cold storage, and SENASA inspection departments, guaranteeing adherence to scheduled timelines. * Supervise container loading through to final sealing. * Issue the corresponding export waybills for dispatched containers. * Identify and promptly resolve issues arising during daily scheduling, making decisions that ensure operational continuity. **Profile Requirements** * **Education:** Technical degree or university graduate in Foreign Trade, International Business, Administration, or related fields. * **Experience:** 2 years of experience in logistics operations, exports, or shipment coordination within agro-export or international freight companies. * **Skills:** Completion of a foreign trade course, Proficiency in logistics management software, Knowledge of export processes and customs documentation, Availability to work extended hours during peak seasons (essential).
