**GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support manufacturing, assembly, disassembly, and component or structure assembly processes according to instructions from the supervisor or responsible technician. * Assist in moving and positioning materials, tools, and equipment within the work area. * Perform basic cleaning, sanding, grinding, and surface preparation tasks. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the workshop area during and after working hours. * Comply with company-established occupational health and safety regulations. **SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist technicians during the operation of machining equipment such as CNC lathes, machining centers, or laser cutters. * Help install, dismantle, or secure components on equipment and workbenches. * Transport materials, spare parts, or tools between warehouse, plant, and production areas. * Participate in basic equipment maintenance activities under supervision. * Apply anti-corrosion or cleaning products according to technical instructions. * Report any defects, anomalies, or incidents in the area to the supervisor. * Use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times during work activities. * Assist in physical inventory of tools and materials in the workshop area. * Carry out other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS** * **Desired Education and Training:** Completed secondary education or incomplete technical studies in production mechanics, maintenance, welding, or related fields.
