Suggest improvement plans for service processes. Identify potential issues in assigned tasks and communicate them to the responsible supervisor. Provide competent and effective technical solutions. Record, report, and safeguard all written communication related to completed work. Follow up on completed tasks and mark on the work sheet the times, parts used, and other relevant notes. Keep the work area clean and organized, safeguard assigned assets, and maintain control over equipment. Ensure proper care of the assigned vehicle and report any changes in the vehicle's inventory.
