If you are passionate about providing concrete supply services according to customer requirements, by complying with internal policies, quality and safety standards in mixer operations, in order to achieve customer satisfaction, KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: **Perform the mixer checklist, ATS and hour meter readings, report any malfunctions or damages, and carry out daily autonomous maintenance of the mixer (lubrication and washing). **Keep the drum interior clean and empty by entering the drum in the discharge direction before loading at the plant. **Participate in concrete tests through visual inspection of the concrete inside the mixer, ensuring that concrete arrives at the construction site on time, in the correct place, and with the contracted specifications; verify the delivery note and clearance invoice, confirming compliance as directed by the quality control assistant. **Inspect and verify site access upon arrival and report to the plant supervisor and programming and control engineer if conditions are unsuitable. **Arrive at the site and present yourself to the client/site supervisor to begin concrete discharge. **Perform concrete slump tests upon client request. **Report the obtained slump test results, deviations, or other situations that could affect concrete quality to the plant supervisor. Requirements: \- Completed secondary education. \- Hold an AIIIC license. \- Experience as a Mixer Operator. \- Advanced defensive driving and speed control skills.
