Telecommunications maintenance company requires an NOC operator for in-person work with rotating shifts in Arequipa FUNCTIONS 1\. Responsible for receiving all faults sent by optical networks to the NOC Telegram. 2\. Responsible for coordinating and keeping personnel informed about faults, instructing them to move to corresponding locations. 3\. Report all outages in the southern zone. 4\. Monitor and follow up on outages in the northern, central, and southern zones. 5\. Achieve required response times. 6\. Hourly follow-up and reporting of outages REQUIREMENTS: 1\.
