Provide on-site guidance by conducting general inspections, task observations, and behavioral observations. Supervise daily work practices of personnel. Verify and report that facility signage complies with safety standards. Ensure the proper use and adequate custody of all assets assigned to fulfill job functions. Requirements Completed university or technical studies in Industrial Engineering, Safety, Occupational Risk Prevention, or related fields. Desirable knowledge in risk prevention and industrial safety. At least 2 years of experience in similar roles. Certificate program in OHS of 120 academic hours (not mandatory). Valid certificates for high-risk work at heights and lifting operations, minimum 8 hours theoretical-practical (not mandatory). Availability to work in Villa el Salvador on rotating shifts.
