**RUBBER OPERATOR** We are a growing metal-mechanical company and are looking for a RUBBER OPERATOR to join our team. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Knowledge of polyurethane characteristics. * Experience in milling, laminating, and coating processes. * Completed secondary education; industrial technician, mechanical technician, Production Mechanics, or related fields. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist in rubber dosing. * Assist in grinding and laminating rubber. * Assist in coating parts. * Assist in operating machinery. * Assist in vulcanizing parts. * Perform finishing and surface treatments on parts. **SKILLS:** * Effective communication. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Manual dexterity. * Ability to perform various similar tasks within the same environment. * Autonomy and problem-solving capability. **BENEFITS** * Continuous learning opportunities. * Pleasant working environment.
