Specialized technician for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to cut and shape stainless steel materials, using a **laser beam** for precision and a **press brake** for bending, ensuring parts meet **exact specifications** and maintaining strict **safety standards**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * 2 years of experience operating fiber laser and CNC press brake. * Ability to read blueprints and tolerances. * Proficient with CypCut or Lantek, and Delem or Cybelec controls. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \-Perform cutting and bending operations \-Load/optimize programs in CypCut / FSCUT. \-Adjust parameters based on material/thickness, lead\-ins, and microjoints. \-Program and execute bends using Delem/Cybelec; compensate for springback. \-Conduct dimensional inspections using calipers, squares, and gauges. \-Record scrap and setup times.
