Risk Management, Compliance and Internal Controls  Comply with the Group's Code of Ethics and apply, in particular, the Group's rules and policies related to relationships with agents, officials and consultants, competition law, and the annual actions of the Ethics and Compliance Program. 2\. Leadership  Participate in the analysis of incidents related to safety, quality, delivery compliance, costs and environment (SQDCE).  Demonstrate interest in team development by actively participating in area improvements. 3\. Operation of production machines  Read SWIs (Safe Work Instructions) and SOFs, to set up and/or install parameters and request the required tools for the product to be processed.  Prepare and/or set up necessary equipment and accessories; request according to the SOF: raw materials, tools, receiving reel, products from the previous process, prepare the machine following the SWI.  Program the printing machine or marking wheel according to the legend specified in the specification or customer requirement.  Verify the machine’s safe operation before starting production.  Start and stop the machine according to standards.  Follow OPL (One Point Lesson) instructions. 4\. Production monitoring  Control and verify process inputs (air, water, gas, inks and solvents) and coordinate their supply if necessary.  Monitor batch initiation and coating development by taking samples, checking and controlling appearance, diameters and thicknesses, print quality, temperatures; load and unload compounds from hoppers, change reels; additionally verify that obtained values, either diameters or dimensions, comply with specifications and make necessary adjustments when required.  Mount and dismount receiving reels.  Read and understand the SOF and control sheet; implement work instructions.  Prepare for a new production batch.  Manage production while respecting operational procedures regarding cost, quality and scheduling.  Verify the quality of in-process and finished products.  Correctly identify each produced reel or coiler for handover to the next process.  Keep the work area, as well as used tools, clean, organized and in good condition prior to returning them to the tooling workshop (compliance with 5S).  Implement the quality plan as applicable to the assigned area, process and machine.  Perform all secondary and/or additional tasks contributing to achieving an excellent quality product. 5\. Performance monitoring  Record and ensure proper completion of SOPs and control sheets.  Enter SAP and record activities/machine status.  Record measurement instruments used during the production process and any other reports requested to document production progress and/or controls.  Report daily production within their scope of responsibility in SAP.  Provide feedback to supervisor. 6\. Continuous improvement  Identify improvement opportunities and submit suggestions in accordance with New (SQDCE) standards. 7\. Maintenance  Keep work area and machine clean and organized.  Perform first-level autonomous maintenance operations (simple adjustments, lubrication).  Carry out the machine's basic condition checklist and hand it over to the maintenance department.  Participate in the preventive maintenance process of the machine they operate.  Coordinate with the maintenance department in case of breakdowns and report via system. 8\. Teamwork  Work for the benefit of the entire team.  Play an active role during daily meetings (SQDCE).  Request support whenever difficulties arise during the production process.  Facilitate the integration of new coworkers. Safety and Integrated System  Comply with specific instructions from the Integrated Management System for Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, and Quality.  Respect safety standards (IPER).  Follow OPL and SWI instructions.  Report unsafe acts and conditions using SUSA cards.  Know and understand safety and/or process standards within their scope.  Alert about risks of errors and safety and/or process issues within their scope. Report non-conformities and suggestions.  Actively participate in identifying substandard acts and conditions.
