We are looking for top talent **with experience in agro-export companies for the position of Operations Coordinator - Comex,** within the commercial area at our **Ica location**, who will be responsible for coordinating with internal departments and service providers involved in cargo dispatch, ensuring compliance with daily scheduling and efficiency in export operations. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor and record transportation times assigned by the logistics operator, from empty container pickup, arrival and departure from the packing plant, to full container delivery at the port terminal or temporary depot. * Coordinate container dispatches with the logistics operator, transportation team, cold storage department, and SENASA inspection department, ensuring adherence to scheduled timelines. * Supervise container loading through to final sealing. * Issue the corresponding export shipping documents for dispatched containers. * Identify and promptly resolve any issues arising during daily scheduling, making decisions that ensure operational continuity. **Profile Requirements** * **Education:** Technical degree or university graduate in Foreign Trade, International Business, Administration, or related fields. * **Experience:** 2 years of experience in logistics operations, exports, or dispatch coordination within agro-export or international freight companies. * **Skills:** Coursework in foreign trade, proficiency in logistics management software, knowledge of export procedures and customs documentation, availability to work extended hours during peak seasons (essential).
