




At **Nelblu** we are looking for a **sales advisor** with experience in customer service and sales management in retail, passionate about fashion, service, and attention to detail. **Main responsibilities:** * Serve and advise brand customers at the point of sale. * Manage sales closing and point-of-sale invoicing. * Keep the point of sale organized and visually appealing for Nelblu customers. * Process and manage orders received through the website. * Maintain up-to-date inventory for both the physical store and the website, ensuring product availability is reflected in real time. * Coordinate with the logistics provider to ensure timely delivery of online orders. * Generate daily sales reports from the point of sale and keep the company's dashboard updated. * Respond to inquiries or questions received via social media message inboxes and WhatsApp Business. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or commercial advisory, preferably in the fashion or retail sector. * Basic proficiency with digital tools (Excel, WhatsApp Business) and experience in inventory or invoicing management. * Clear and empathetic communication, service-oriented mindset, and organizational skills.
