**Main Responsibilities:** * Operate conventional and/or CNC lathes. * Interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications. * Perform machining of metallic and non-metallic parts. * Verify dimensions and tolerances using precision instruments (caliper, micrometer, etc.). * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with industrial safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 2 years of experience as a lathe operator. * Knowledge in reading and interpreting blueprints. * Proficiency in measurement tools. * Welding and milling knowledge desirable (not mandatory). * Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a team. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Formal employment with statutory benefits. \* Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.2,000.00 per month Experience: * Lathe and milling operator: 2 years (Desirable) Work location: On-site
