We are currently looking for the best talent to fill the position of: Well Operator - Zafranal Mining Unit. **Requirements:** \- Completed secondary education or basic technical training. \- Minimum of three (03) years of experience in wells, pumping, or hydraulic systems. \- Class A2B driver's license (Desirable). \- Availability to work under a 14x7 schedule at Pedregal (Camp). **Responsibilities:** \- Ensure that all plant activities are carried out according to occupational health and safety standards. \- Follow plant procedures and instructions. \- Operate wells (W13, W6, W2, W3) and submersible pumps. \- Monitor water levels, pressures, and flow rates. \- Turn pumps on/off according to schedule. \- Perform cleaning and basic maintenance tasks. \- Inspect equipment and report abnormal conditions. \- Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Benefits:** \- Formal employment from day one with full statutory benefits (100%). \- Provided meals, accommodation, and transportation. \- Statutory life insurance from day one. \- Ongoing training opportunities.
