**CRANE OPERATOR** **REQUIREMENTS:** · Completed secondary education or technical degree in Heavy Machinery Operation or related fields. · Possess training, courses, and/or certifications in crane operation and handling, electromechanical work involving pole lifting, or related activities. · Hold a valid driver's license: Category A III – C. · Minimum of 03 years of experience in similar positions or roles related to the job. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Conduct a thorough inspection of the equipment before starting the shift. · Immediately report any equipment anomalies before, during, and after the shift. · Maintain machinery in optimal condition for operation, cleanliness, and appearance by coordinating and requesting preventive maintenance activities to ensure proper function and utilization. · Coordinate in advance with the assigned rigger regarding lifting operations. · Transport loads from one location to another as directed by the immediate supervisor. · Perform assembly and disassembly of structures. · Comply with and adhere to project standards and procedures. · Accurately complete all HSE documentation forms. · Fulfill all procedures and responsibilities applicable to the position. · Comply with client safety regulations. · Carry out other duties inherent to the position as instructed by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** · Full payroll with all statutory benefits. · Punctual payments. · Constant training opportunities. · Career advancement opportunities.
