Currently, we are looking for the best talent to join our team in the position of: **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and report to the inventory analyst on process compliance such as shrinkage control, logistical unit (UU.LL) audits, LPN creation due to incidents, cycle counts, and donations. * Coordinate with involved departments and resources to carry out operational tasks, identifying potential delays and proposing solutions. * Extract, consolidate, and communicate UU.LL audit results (overages and shortages) to respective departments. * Verify in the system the progress of cycle counting according to the established schedule. * Report incidents and detail involved personnel, proposing timely corrective actions. * Conduct extraction audits according to the defined progress percentage. * Ensure proper use and accurate recording of equipment by inventory staff. * Schedule supplier records in the PMM system to initiate receiving audits. * Actively participate in rigorous control of products received in warehouses. * Support company-wide general and selective inventories. * Analyze and reconcile stock levels (increases, decreases, and transfers) as directed by the immediate supervisor. * Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor. **Requirements:** * Graduated studies in Administration or Accounting * Minimum of 6 months of experience in inventory or related areas * Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Power BI * Proficiency with digital tools * Availability to work rotating shifts **Competencies:** * Organization and responsibility * Attention to detail * Teamwork * Numerical and analytical skills **Benefits:** * Payroll inclusion from day one under the general regime (CTS, bonuses, vacation) * Biweekly and monthly payments * Statutory insurance and supplemental policies * Internal and external training opportunities * Short- and medium-term growth and career path opportunities * Excellent working environment Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,400.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
