On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Blueberry Production Manager (Pisco\-Ica) Requirements: * \- Agricultural or related field Engineer, * \- Minimum 05 years of experience, including at least 03 years in similar positions, * \- Knowledge, experience and productive management of blueberries, * \- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, * \- Must reside in Pisco\-Ica, * \- Basic English proficiency. Responsibilities: * **Design production strategies.** * Plan weekly production programs considering all necessary resources for operations, aligned with profitability goals. * **Identify improvements in field processes, machinery, and resource allocation** * Manage and report production indicators to management * **Evaluate the quality of incoming raw materials according to established quality parameters** * Coordinate with the maintenance department inspections and repairs of machinery. * **Coordinate with Human Resources regarding staffing needs** Job type: Full-time Work location: On-site
