HIRING – Cold Room Operator (Fresh Products) Location: Callao \| Food industry plant Main responsibilities: Unload, store, and organize products in refrigerated chambers (0° to \-10°). Load bags (25 kg) onto vehicles according to destination. Perform picking within the warehouse and prepare goods for dispatch. Receive finished products and check quantities and conditions. Assist with tasks as directed by immediate supervisor. Requirements: Gender: Indifferent. Education: Completed secondary school. Minimum experience: Between 1 and 6 months in cold rooms or food warehouses (formal or informal). Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., with weekly rotating rest day. Availability for overtime and working in low-temperature environments. Conditions and benefits: Salary from S/1,350 with increase to S/1,450 after one year.
