




We need members for our Human Resources team! RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Recruit personnel for various required operational profiles \- Design and implement mass recruitment strategies \- Manage fieldwork (flyering, posting ads at markets, attending job fairs, conducting job activations with institutions) \- Responsible for establishing agreements/alliances with job and municipal fairs \- Post job openings on employment portals, social media, and other local platforms \- Manage the onboarding process for selected candidates (onboarding kit, employment registration, documentation) \- Ensure the selection process meets established deadlines \- Record daily progress (candidates contacted, interviewed, and hired) \- Keep the applicant database updated by channel or source \- Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor REQUIREMENTS: \- Minimum of 1 year of experience in managing mass field recruitment, job portals, and social media \- Experience in mass recruitment for operational roles (preferably in cleaning sector – not exclusive) \- Good oral and written communication skills \- Availability to travel within Lima and Callao BENEFITS: \- Professional growth \- Biweekly and timely payments \- Formal employment with all statutory benefits (bonuses, CTS, vacations, and profit sharing) \- Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm / Saturday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm (75% field – 25% onsite) \- Basic salary: S/ 1,500 \- Transportation allowance: S/ 200 Position type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,400\.00 \- S/.1,700\.00 per month Work location: Onsite position
