**Job Description** Innomedic Clinic, a leader in the occupational health sector, is looking for the best talent to join our team with the following profile: *\****Requirements**: * Graduate or undergraduate student in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Basic/intermediate level of Microsoft Office. * Availability to commute to the district of San Borja. * Willingness to establish a career in human resources. \***Responsibilities**: * Post requested vacancies on various job boards. * Actively search and filter candidate resumes. * Conduct interview processes and shortlist candidates. * Provide attention and follow-up to candidates throughout the selection process. * Perform psycholabor evaluations and reports for the final selected shortlist. * Develop, update, and disseminate assigned Human Resources policies. * Train and participate in the induction process for new employees. * Support in preparing reports and area indicators. * Assist in organizing training sessions, employee wellness activities, and workplace climate initiatives. * Perform all other duties related to the position or assigned by the immediate supervisor. \***Benefits**: * Market-competitive salary. * Career advancement opportunities. * Pleasant work environment. * Constant training. * Job stability.
