




**Job Description:** * Maintain updated and organized digital and physical files; preparation of contracts, addenda, and offer letters * Verify payroll prepared by accounting * Conduct recruitment according to company requirements * Deliver documents to employees: pay slips, certificates, confirmations, memos, and others * Manage vacation tracking * Respond to and provide support for employee inquiries * Support activities led by Human Resources * Other tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor **Requirements:** · Academic background: Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or related fields · Experience: 1 year of experience in similar positions · Technical skills: Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Office. Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturdays from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm Work location: SURQUILLO Position type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 - S/.1,400.00 per month Experience: * University education: 1 year (Desirable) Workplace: On-site employment
