




FUNCTIONS: \-Tracking the signing of physical and digital documents. \-Control of vacations and medical leaves. \-Control and filing of employee records. \-Registration of hires and terminations in the T\-Register (SUNAT). \-Drafting and management of employment contracts. \-Coordination with direct supervisors regarding vacations, permissions, and medical leaves. \-Support in recruitment and selection processes. \-Enrollment and updating of Life Insurance Law. \-Control and expiration tracking of contracts. \-Tracking the signing of physical and digital documents. \-Control and filing of employee records. \-Organization and control of personnel documents. \-Coordination of interviews and candidate follow-up. \-HR administrative support. \-Lead and organize a group of people. \-Assist with administrative tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. Additionally: \-6 months of experience in mass recruitment and selection processes. \-Ability to work under pressure, proactive, strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. \-Availability to work MONDAY TO FRIDAY from 08:30 a.m. to 06:00 p.m. and SATURDAYS from 08:30 a.m. to 01:30 p.m. Job type: Full-time Experience: * University education: 1 year (Desirable) Work location: On-site
