Argentina 711 - Cercado de Lima** We are currently looking for talented individuals for the position of **HR ASSISTANT**, who meet the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS**: * Student or graduate in Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Diplomas in Human Resources. * Minimum of 6 months of experience in similar roles. * Intermediate level in Excel. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support in drafting labor contract renewals. * Assist in Personnel Recruitment by posting job offers on various job portals and social media. * In charge of the onboarding process for staff from provinces: filling out and receiving documents. * Support in Homologations for the onboarding of outstanding staff. * Administration and control of employee records. * Generate T-Register enrollments. * Conduct exit surveys. * Receive employee resignations. * Generate CUPS for new staff. * Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Competitive market salary * Full payroll * All legal benefits * Constant training Job type: Full-time Salary: Starting at S/.1,130.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
